This year, at the initiative of Vern\u2019\u0153il and the Forest Guardians of Halatte, the 7th edition becomes the 1st Festival of Mares and Forests.\n\nOn Sunday, June 7, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., numerous associative and institutional partners will gather at the Manoir Salomon de Brosse for a day dedicated to discovering nature. The program includes stands, activities, demonstrations, exhibitions, themed walks, and activities for everyone focused on the fauna and flora of the marshes and forests of our region.\n\nAn information-debate on PFAS, also known as \u00abforever pollutants\u00bb, and their effects on health will also be offered by Vern\u2019\u0153il.\n\nFree and open to all (excluding food and drink), the festival will continue the following week with a conference on the flora of the marshes, a hike around the marshes of the Halatte forest and new outings on the Biodiversity Trail.\n\nPROGRAMME OF THE FIESTA OF MOTHERS AND FORESTS 2026\n\n\u2022\t10:00 - Opening of the Festival\n\u2022\t10:30 \u2013 What is this creature?
