Established in Oise since the XIXᵉ century, watercress is an integral part of our local heritage. Yannick, manager of the cressonnière in Houdancourt, has been growing this plant for over 30 years. He'll be sharing his expertise with you on a tour that's as surprising as it is immersive. At the end of the tour, you'll have the chance to buy a few bunches of cress on the spot.
