Travel in a different way: discover the Oise and its heritage step by step! From Compiègne to Chantilly, set off with a nature guide to discover these two historic towns and the nature that surrounds them, between the Oise and its forests. Departing from Compiègne station, you can walk along the Oise and the Compiègne forest, spend a night in a bivouac in the Oise and Halatte region, then cross the Halatte forest to reach Chantilly and its castle! This route covers more than 40 km in two days and is ideal for experienced walkers. Departure from Compiègne station at 10 a.m. on the first day and arrival at Chantilly station at 6 p.m. on the second.
