Set off on a food adventure in the Pays d'Oise et d'Halatte! Discover the edible plants and mushrooms of the season: morels, wild garlic, violets, black elder, hawthorn and other wild delights await you, close to home! Several dates this spring: Saturday 14 March, Saturday 28 March, Saturday 4 April, Sunday 26 April, Saturday 2 May. Throughout the workshop, you'll be taught good harvesting practices so as not to plunder the environment and to ensure that the harvest is safe to eat.
