The Tourist Office is in the process of being awarded the «Tourism & Handicap» label for all four types of disability (hearing, mental, motor and visual), and is committed to offering a high-quality welcome that is accessible to all. Our team is here to advise you and help you discover the Pays d'Oise et d'Halatte and the surrounding area on your own.

Accessible toilets

The Tourist Office has accessible toilets for all types of public.

Transport and parking

Public transport (La Manekine or Mairie stops) near the tourist office, adapted buses.
Parking spaces nearby, including adapted and reserved spaces next to the tourist office.

MOTOR disability

  • Ground-level entrance.
  • Level access to the reception area.
  • Minimum width of 90 cm along the entire circulation route leading to the reception area.
  • Access to our reception area is adapted: reception desk for people with reduced mobility, interior space adapted and fitted out to ensure access to all our services and areas.
  • Awareness-raising and training for staff.

Hearing impairment

  • A hearing aid system (magnetic loop) is available. If you are hard of hearing or have a hearing aid, look out for the sign at the reception desk. An audio-T loop will be provided to help you understand the information orally.
  • With a hearing aid, once the magnetic loop is activated on your hearing aids, you receive the sound directly without using the microphone (Position T hearing aid compatibility).
  • Staff are made aware of the use of the written word
  • The toilets are fitted with a flashing light

VISUAL impairment

  • A reception desk is located near the entrance.
  • Access to the reception area is on one level, with a seating area available.
  • A glass door with contrasting elements on the glass section
  • Clearly presented documentation with contrasting text/pictogram visuals
  • A tourist guide in Braille is available for consultation at the Tourist Office reception desk.
  • The toilets are fitted with an audible alarm

Mental disability

  • The self-service documentation is clearly presented, classified by theme and geographical area. Our travel advisors are trained to provide the support you need to understand the information.
  • The different categories can be identified by a combination of text and pictograms.
  • A simplified tourist guide, easy to read and understand, is available for consultation (can be sent electronically on request).
