Just a few minutes from Senlis and Chantilly, the Brasserie Au Cœur du Malt opens its doors to you for an immersive experience at the heart of craft brewing. Brewed on-site with passion, Gustave beers come in 8 permanent recipes, regularly complemented by limited-edition creations inspired by the seasons and our master brewer’s inspirations. Blonde, White, Amber, IPA, Triple, Stout... each beer has its own unique identity and invites a unique sensory discovery. During a guided tour by appointment, let us lead you through the various stages of production: from the selection of raw materials to bottling, via brewing and fermentation. You will also discover our hop garden and the essential role this plant plays in creating the aromas that give our beers their character. The experience concludes with a friendly tasting session featuring 6 Gustave beers, providing an opportunity to learn how to identify their aromas, flavours and the subtleties that make each one unique.
